History

Family owned and operated by Mike and Tom Knisley who incorporated a small glass business in 1981 started by their parents Richard (Dick) and Ruth Knisley in 1961 which was Dick’s Glass & Mirror Co.

The business expanded from glass and screen repair to window and door replacement to storefronts, to home improvement in many forms such as awnings, siding, decks, patio rooms, roofing, garage building, pole barns, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and basement remodeling and then to the natural progression of room additions and custom home builder and general contractor.

Knisley’s Construction employs our own expert finish carpenters to control the finished product and we have an ongoing relationship with regular subcontractors and name brand suppliers who have helped us maintain quality for many years.
