My Story
Ryan DeLong
My fascination with health and fitness began in high school. I took any form of health and nutrition education I could at Big Foot High School. The lifestyle I was introduced to provided me a stepping stone to my career as a Personal Trainer. For the past 10 years, I've worked hard to earn certifications and educate myself on all areas of health, nutrition and fitness. I continue to take classes annually to learn the latest innovations and techniques.
I am passionate about learning. The more I learn, the better I can help my clients!
