For 80 years a low-end model of a classic trolley diner has graced East Chester Street in Kingston. It's most recent resurrection as EAT - Two Brothers' Old Trolley Kitchen, is making Kingston and visitors plenty satisfied. The two brothers, Sylvan Perez and Angus MacDonald (it's complicated), are serving American road fare like it use to be. Using local vendors for their produce, chesses and grass feed meats, the Trolley Brothers support our local economy while serving up some mighty fine food at reasonable prices.
