Mr. BBQ4ME was born and raised in the South where oak-fired pit pork BBQ is king. After a decade in Texas where smoked beef brisket and ribs in mesquite fired offset smokers reigns supreme, he built his own smoker. He loves sharing with others what he's learned about "low and slow" cooking.

He uses a variety of flavor woods including mesquite, apple, cherry, oak and hickory. The smoke wagon is available for private parties and travels to local venues in the Hudson Valley. Check their website for a schedule of events.
