Pricing and Service Procedures

My pricing is based on square footage cleaned. Clients are only charged for the actual areas cleaned. They are not charged wall to wall. Cleaning prodedure is as follows. All areas are preconditioned. Areas of recurrent stains are given extra attention. All areas are hot water extracted with enough dry passes to ensure that your carpets are left as dry as possible minimizing carpet drying time. At this time, post cleaning stain issues are dealt with to ensure your carpets are spot free!
