Consulting                One-on-one communication with client regarding all aspects of workforce management,   including hiring/retention, employee handbooks and policies, disciplinary actions, wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, post-termination wage claims and strategic planning.

Investigations          • Confidential and comprehensive investigation into complaints made by employees, third parties or anonymous sources; investigation includes live, recorded interviews, document review and analysis, consultation with client, factual determinations, and preparation of written report with transcripts and exhibits.

Conflict Resolution    • Private and confidential resolution of workplace disputes using a variety of alternative dispute resolution methods with the intent to foster communication between the parties, provide an assessment of the dispute, and facilitate a mutually agreeable closure to the conflict. 



 

Nedy has 15 years of experience representing employers of various sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to “mom-and-pop” shops. She has helped start up companies create infrastructures for their hiring and employee management needs.  She has assisted long-standing companies with employment law compliance and litigation avoidance.  Her clients have hailed from a wide range of industries in both the public and private sectors.

Attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California (License #187322), having practiced employment law for over a decade, including litigating employment law cases before the United State District Court (Central District), Los Angeles Superior Court, Labor Commissioner and Workers Compensation Appeals Board.
