At Pita Pita I use the freshest, highest quality ingredients, the traditions of my Mother's Mediterranean recipes and mix in the modern methods of California-style healthy cooking. No microwave, freezer or fryer...we use tradtional burners and a Wood Stone oven to create our homemade sandwiches, dips and salads; and our organic pita bread baked daily.

When I opend Pita Pita in Lake Forest in 2010, I wanted to offer a healthy alternative to fast food restaurants. Whether it's one of our delicious Pita Sandwiches, our made fresh daily Dips and Salads, or a Combination Platter, you will find items delicious, healthy and reasonably priced.
