TrainUp provides a safe, non-intimidating environment allowing kids to have a BLAST as they train & work toward their goals. We offer state-of-the-art exergaming and interactive fitness, non competitive group X classes plus personal & sports specific training. Our goal is to help your child develop Life long habits necessary for maximum health with training and FUN physical activity.

At the end of the day, kids are able to work up a sweat, are provided with instruction, supervision, coaching and support having a lower perceived rate of exertion making them want to come back again and again!
