WARM-UPS: Every class will warm the body and prepare the mind for further exercise.
AB-SOLUTIONS: All classes exercise and tone the abdominal muscles specifically.

FLEXIBILITY TRAINING: Every class will have some form of flexibility training , usually done at the end. Stretching those warm muscles will improve range-of-motion, as well as flexibility.
