JET Catering, of Roanoke Virginia, is the brainchild of 3 chefs that wanted to take their combined barbecue experience, techniques and recipes to the streets -- mobile style!  We can cater your event of 5 to 5,000 guests.

JET serves all of your favorites and then some including: mouthwatering slow-smoked pork shoulder, beef brisket, beef and pork ribs, turkey, ham and chicken just to name a few.  Our meats are smoked in only the finest hickory, apple, cherry and pecan wood.  As we say at JET, “If you can eat it, we can smoke it!”  All of this and our out-of-this-world sauces and sides that you won’t find anywhere else.

Unlike other barbecue caterers, we’ll not only bring the food to you, but we’ll bring the action as well.  That’s because we can bring our equipment to your events and do the smoking, grilling and carving on-site!
