Spotlight Dance & Performing Arts Center is dedicated to providing a quality non-competitive, performance oriented dance experience for children and adults through fun and educational classes. We at SD&PAC believe that dance can be a positive influence in the lives of our students regardless of their age or ability. Dance helps build students self-esteem by strengthening their self-concept, providing a creative outlet, teaching valuable motor skills and instilling discipline. We provide a firm foundation in dance while respecting each students learning style, and offer the opportunity to grow and  develop into a serious dancer.

Established in 2003

Spotlight Dance Center started in a small downtown Renton space and over the past several years has grown from a small recreational space into a beautiful two studio location with young aspiring dancers, through serious advanced dancers and adults dancing for fitness and fun. In 2011, we changed our name to Spotlight Dance & Performing Arts Center to fully represent the breadth of activities happening at our center.
Spotlight has four performance based companies that have grown to become award winners and have been seen at the ShoWare Center, Qwest Field, and all over the Seattle metro area.  
Our full scale yearly productions have also evolved over the years and are full of fun and variety bringing together all of our age groups, skill levels, and dance disciplines, producing a unique and high quality show your dancers will not soon forget.
