If you are new to CrossFit your course will be a bit different as we need to take you through specific workouts and movements. After our initial fitness assessment, it’s time to learn the basic movements which make up our programming.
Elements is mandatory for all new clients and is essential so all future group classes are executed safely with correct technique. In most cases, Elements is 6 one on one sessions in length, to ensure your safety before entering a group class setting. Once you have the basic knowledge and mechanics to excel in our group CrossFit classes, you will have full access to the LIV UP CF Class Schedule.
