Irvin Homes, LLC comes from a family that has been in the home building business since 1983. Some of the finest addresses in Central Florida were built by the Irvin family of homebuilders. We specialize in the construction of custom luxury residences. WeHouse utilize a team approach which makes certain every home is built with the highest attention to detail. This is why the name Irvin has become synonymous with building and design expertise.

Sam Irvin started the Irvin tradition in 1983 with a few core values:

  • Build a quality home that will stand the test of time utilizing the top choice materials and tradesmen.
  • Rigorous quality control and budget oversight
  • Trust, Honesty, Respect

Nearly three decades later these values carry on with Sam's youngest son Mark Irvin who, along with his wife Ruth, established Irvin Homes upon Sam's retirement from the construction industry.

We build in many communities throughout all of Marion, Lake, Seminole, Orange, and Volusia Counties. We will build on your lot or ours, from your plans or ours. We host in-Poolhouse design with sophisticated Computer-Aided-Design software. We promote research and education of all our staff to stay ahead of all the design trends. And we have adopted several GREEN policies in the construction of our homes and the management of our business. Together these tools ensure that every home is unique, garnering praise and attention.

Over the years the Irvin family has built over 400 homes with minimal advertising. Our biggest seller is our hundreds of satisfied customers many of which recommend a friend or come back for their second or third home. Our dedication to excellence is the same regardless of the size and cost of your home. With top quality materials and a skilled group of trusted subcontractors, each home is constructed with pride and expert workmanship.

Where We Build in Marion County:

Bellechase (including The Cedars - The Laurels - The Woodlands - Heron Trace)

This is a quietly elegant and exclusive community of Estate Homes in Ocala, Florida.Bellechase Bellechase was developed for those individuals who love and choose to be surrounded by natural beauty. Their lifestyles are characterized by an elegance that is unpretentious; privacy that is unobtrusively protected and serenity that is disturbed by nothing more than breezes gently rustling the leaves of the oak trees surrounding their homes.

These Estate Homes will appear to have been dropped into wooded sites on the 600 rolling acres that comprise Bellechase. Lots are 1/2 and 1 acre sites, the homes are expansive, accommodating and welcoming. They are constructed of natural materials - wood and stone - to complement surroundings that have been left natural. Their quality BellechaseEntranceis evident in the exacting details of old world craftsmanship - subtle differences that speak discreetly about the values of Bellechase residents.

The community is designed around a linear park system with a heightened respect for, and sensitivity to the land, native vegetation and trees. Roads have been artfully routed around stands of trees, their leafy canopies providing only glimpses of these homes through the trees and natural landscape.

The first clue to the natural beauty of Bellechase is a stone gatehouse. Beyond the gatehouse, Bellechase is a private would within a world. Yet, the community enjoys the convenience of city utilities and is close to all the conveniences of downtown Ocala.

Jumbolair Aviation Estates

The World At Your Doorstep

You just got out of your afternoon meetings in Chicago. You live in Florida and you promised your son you would be home in time for his game. No problem, your privateJumboLair plane is fueled and ready for takeoff. In a few hours you will be landing in your own back yard and pulling your plane into the hangar attached to your home. Your one of a fortunate few who live at Jumbolair Aviation Estates, home of the worlds largest, FAA licensed, lighted and paved, private airport.

Jumbolair History

Jumbolair, once home to three thousand crocodile, ninety eight elephants, three white rhinos and a four hundred pound gorilla named Mickey is on its way towards becoming the nation's largest and most exclusive fly-in community. Jumbolair was conceived and built to be the perfect home and business center by Terri Jones and her former husband Arthur Jones, the avant-garde inventor of Nautilus exercise equipment. Situated in Ocala, Florida, Jumbolair's rolling hills and sprawling oaks almost seem in direct contrast to its enormous 7,550-foot runway. And if it's colossal length seems a little excessive, its width is almost confounding. The three Boeing 707s that Terri and Arthur once parked on the nJumboLairPicorth end of the runway seemed dwarfed by the huge ten acre paved parking pad. Jumbolair is rich in history. Although originally owned by the Muriel Vanderbilt Adams, the legend of Jumbolair really began with the eccentricity of Arthur Jones. Jumbolair has been featured on such programs as 20/20, Lifestyles Of The Rich and Famous, The Tonight Show, Good Morning America and NBC Nightly News.

Jumbolair Now

Jumbolair is being developed by owner, Terri Jones, an accomplished pilot who is type rated in everything from a Citation to a 747. Terri's plans for the community were born out of her love for aviation and not a developers formula for profit. Jumbolair's 100' elevation and indigenous lime-rock foundation keep runways dry in the worst weather conditions. It's massive runway can accommodate virtually any size aircraft. Unlike many fly-in communities, Jumbolair home sites have separate roads and taxiways, so when you are taxiing, you won't have an accidental meeting with a repairman's truck. Jumbolair, a private, gated community will exceed your expectations with it's lush landscaping and abundant natural beauty.

Homes from $500,000 to $2,500,000.
