About Jean:

Dimitra “Jean” Pappoulis grew up learning how to cook traditional home cooked Greek food. Her passion for food started at home with family meals that consisted of quality ingredients and lots of love.

Jean has been preparing home-cooked meals for more than 30 years now. She owned and operated Daffy Deli, a staple in the Newark community in Delaware for the majority of those 30 years.
