Scheduling An Appointment
Our technicians are prompt with appointments. Your advance notice of a cancellation is very much appreciated. And to make it easy on yourself, why not schedule your next appointment before you leave. Please let us know if you have any medical or special needs that will require our attention.
Scheduling A Spa Treatment
Reservations are required and a credit card will be requested to hold your appointment. A 24-hour advance notice of cancellation will avoid the 50% service charge. We ask that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your reservation to relax in our Serenity Retreat room. Remember to properly hydrate by drinking plenty of water before and after experiencing any skin or body care treatment. Wearing sandals is also recommended.
Cancellations
Many of our spa or special treatment services will require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. Deposits will be applied to services when paid in full.
Senior Citizen Discount
For our customers 65 and over, we offer a 10% discount to any / all services rendered.
Walk-Ins
We value all customers and welcome those without appointments.
Gratuities
If you find your services to your liking, gratuities are welcomed by our staff. This is a personal option at your sole discretion. Gratuities are often 15-20% and can be given either directly to your service professional or at the front desk in a sealed envelope for privacy.
Gift Cards
It's so easy to take the stress out of gift giving by buying a few Serenity gift cards. Remember, our gift cards are non-refundable but they can be used for any of our services. One more thing-we're sorry, but Serenity is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Group Parties
For your convenience, we require both an appointment and a deposit for groups of (7) or more. The deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, or applied to your balance when services are paid. A 15% gratuity will automatically be added for services.
Cell Phones / PDAs
Please be courteous to our other customers and keep your calls limited to emergency only. Thank you for maintaining a serene environment.
Little Ones
We value all of our customers of any size, but we ask that you keep the very little customers as quiet as possible. We hope you find our environment relaxing, and that you'll find a little "Serenity" while you're here!
