Mama Emilias was co-founded in 1999 by Execuive Chef Chris Birch and his father Steff Birch. Mama Emilias was named for the feisty matriarch of the Callegari family of Voghera, Italia. Her warm influence inspires owners Chris and Steff Birch. “Mangia con Gusto!”

Who are Mama’s boys? Chris is a classically trained Chef with international experience in the finest of hotels and restaurants. Steff has been a restaurant industry professional since 1968. Together they make quite a father-son team! Their shared passion for food and wine yield a remarkable dining experience with the utmost attention to service. Mama’s boys have another owner in training, Rex James Birch, born January 30, 2008. Congratulazione!
