Anything Canine, Inc. is so pleased to announce that on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 the Laguna Beach Planning Commission approved our application to open a new location in the downtown area.

Offering visitors a Laguna Beach shopping experience and residents a personalized shopping service, Anything Canine Concierge, Boutique and Spa anticipates assisting a wide-range of clientele.

In the ground level boutique, pet-related products from toys to food to accessories will be displayed for browsing. Laguna Beach-themed items will be available for visitors to purchase as a memento of their trip, but regular shoppers will also find a constantly-changing display of fun and functional specialty items such as collars, bedding and pet costumes that are not available elsewhere. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or customizable, making perfect gifts for pets and their owners. We also specialize in natural and holistic foods and treats to help keep our furry clients healthy and happy.

Upstairs will be our Elite Services Lounge where our best customers receive concierge attention. Like a personal shopper for pet-lovers, we help by finding specific products, discontinued favorites, and exceptional pieces that are tailored to each client’s needs. We are familiar with the companies that supply both necessities and indulgences to make shopping effortless. Other services we provide include assistance in finding pet-friendly travel, restaurants and other resources.

Our spa services will be a treat for both the pet and the pet owner. We plan to offer both walk- in shampooing to freshen up Fido after a romp in the ocean as well as scheduled spa appointments. Our professional staff, familiar with many breeds, will provide grooming, facial treatments, teeth-cleaning and “pawdicures.” Clients can confidently leave their pets in our care to be primped and pampered while they visit the downtown shops, dine in local restaurants and enjoy the many cultural amenities our city has to offer.

Laguna Beach is a popular destination for visiting pets and their owners and Anything Canine looks forward to working with the many pet-friendly hotels, restaurants and other venues to support that hospitality. Plans include cross-marketing and shared promotions with our fellow village merchants.
