 Initial Home Cleanings

Our Thorough Cleaning Process includes all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following:
 
    Clean all wall hangings
    Remove books and clean bookshelves
    Wet-wash baseboards and door facings
    Clean window sills
    Clean light fixtures
    Clean outsides of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
    Clean ceiling fans
    Dust vents
    Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)
    and more

 After your initial cleaning we will maintain the following on an as needed basis:

    Clean wall hangings
    Clean doors
    Clean baseboards
    Remove books from bookshelves and clean
    Clean tile
    Clean cabinet facings

Note* Window blind cleaning is not included with the initial cleaning. If you need your window blinds cleaned, please ask for a quote.

Rates for Add on Services:

We send a team of two people with all of our own supplies and equipment.

Initial Home Cleanings: First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. This gives us the opportunity to do a deep clean of your home.

* The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning.

Initial Home Cleans start at $125.00 for small homes or apartments (1500 sq.ft. or under). For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

Maintenance House Cleaning: Rates are for standard sized homes,
larger homes do cost a little more.

2 bedroom house  — $50 - $100
3 bedroom house  — $75 - $125
4 bedroom house — $125 - $175
Larger house's will be charged by sq. ft. and job basis.            Weekend appointments are available.

Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $175.00

One Time Thorough House Cleanings: starting at $175.00 (small 1500 sq.ft. or under homes)

Spring/Fall House Cleaning Service This cleaning service can be customized to fit your needs. The rate depends on the Spring/Fall Cleaning Services you need.

Rental Property Cleaning Services: The average rate for a two bedroom, one bath apartment is $125.00. This includes inside refrigerator/oven and inside windows.

Errand Services: Require at least a 24-hour notice for all Errand/Concierge services. Depending on availability, same day service is available. Evening and weekend service is also available and billed at a higher hourly/flat rate. 

All normal errand/concierge services are $35.00 per hour with one (1) hour minimum. After one (1) hour client will be billed in 15-minute increments. All evening, weekend and holiday errand/concierge services will be billed at $50.00 per hour with one (1) hour minimum. After one (1) hour client will be billed in 15-minute increments. All Rates and Fees do not include cost of purchases. A $5.00 fuel charge will be added if any service exceeds 20 miles from start of errand(s) to completion and will continue at $5.00 per 20 miles thereafter. (Ex: 40 miles = $10.00) Time Packages: 10 Hour = $250.00, 20 Hour = $450.00, 30 Hour = $600.00. If weekend/evening service is needed during a time package, time will be deducted at x’s 2, and not billed at $50.00 an hour (i.e. 1 hr = 2 hrs deducted).

Purchases made on client’s behalf are to be paid by client before services are provided. (Same day reimbursement)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: Client may also fund their own “errand account” for future purchases. Errand accounts/escrow can only be funded by cash or check.

Payment
All service fees are to be paid at time of completion or on a prepay monthly basis.
We accept cash, checks, or you can pre-pay with PayPal.

As a courtesy to our house cleaners, please give us at least a 24 hours cancellation notice.
This alert gives us time to reschedule the house cleaners so they can provide their services to someone else when you need to cancel. There is a $25 cancellation fee when we do not receive this notice. This money is collected as a courtesy for the house cleaners.
