Need some help with an issue? Arundel Computers is here to help! Our Service Department can fix hardware and software issues related to desktops, notebooks, netbooks, printers, monitors, and more! You can bring the unit to our location for in-house service, or have a technician come to you!

In-House Service Rates

Arundel Computers charges an up front estimate fee of $75. We will evaluate the problem, and give you a call with a quote, generally within 3-5 business days. If you approve the quoted repair, Arundel Computers will apply the estimate fee towards the quote price of repair. An flat $100 emergency rush fee is available, which guarentees front-of-line service, and will get your device on a technicians bench by the same time next business day. The rush fee does not guarentee the repair will be completed within 24 hours. We offer a 10% discount on parts and labor to service personnel, including police, firefighters, and armed services with picture ID.

On-site Service Rates

Arundel Computers can also send a technician to your home or business to help with your IT issues. On-site rates are $150 for the first hour, $90 for each hour thereafter. The average on-site response for non-contract customers is about 3 business days. Emergency and off hour rates are available, please call for details.

Service Contracts

Arundel Computers also offers Response Time, Block-Time, and Maintenance Agreements to business who need part time IT assistance. Call today to set up a free evalaution for your business!

Warranty

All repairs come with a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. After 30 days, any parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
