Virdi Eye Clinic
Rock Island, IL

Truss Plus constructed the exterior shell of this building with light gauge metal framing and sheathing as well as the wood truss system for the open high bay area.

Truss Plus constructed the complete interior walls, ceilings and carpentry package of this project. This project included interesting architectural features, especially at the “Main Entry”.

Figge Art Museum
Davenport, IA

Truss Plus constructed the exterior shell of this building as the substrate for the glass/curtain wall system. Our walls consisted of “Engineered” light gauge steel studs and fire treated plywood.

This project required the use of swinging stage scaffolding to accomplish our scope of work. Safety was our #1 priority with great success.

Quad City Area Realtor Association
Bettendorf, IA

Truss Plus constructed the interior “Tenant Space” with drywall & steel stud walls, insulation and acoustical ceilings. Our Subcontractor performed the EIFS plaster on the exterior shell.

Quad City Bank and Trust
Davenport, IA

The exterior shell of this project included light gauge metal framing and sheathing. We also constructed the interior drywall & steel stud walls and soffits, including interesting varieties of acoustical ceilings.

The Glen
Bettendorf, IA

This existing building went under a major exterior face lift. Truss Plus was involved from the demolition of old store fronts to the major renovation visible in the pictures, as well as all of the tenant fit-outs.

There was an addition to this building as well as the removal of an old “Hy Vee” grocery store from the end of this strip mall.

New Ventures
Davenport, IA

Truss Plus constructed the exterior shell of this building with light gauge steel studs and sheathing as a substrate to the granite and brick. The open foyer walls, soffits and skylights are the focal point of this building.
