Tri-City Blacktop, Inc was founded in 1969 by the Larry Carpenter family and remains under the same family ownership today. Even in it's fledgling beginning, it quickly became a major supplier in the industrial, commercial and institutional asphalt paving market. We built a reputation on commitment to timely service, quality workmanship and materials and utmost customer satisfaction. Today, Tri-City Blacktop, Inc and its subsidiaries remain committed to the same quality service and customer satisfaction we have come to be known for for over 40 years.
