The winery and vineyard are an ongoing project that we’ve nurtured for 5 years. Our inspiration for our name comes from our son “Hunter”.
We currently grow six varieties of grapes in our vineyard: Frontenac, St. Vincent, Traminette, La Crosse, Brianna, and Vidal Blanc.
Our young vineyard is producing only part of the wine supply. We also buy grapes from other local vineyards.
All of our wines are made and bottled on site in our fermentation room located directly behind our tasting area.
Plenty of seating is available both indoors and out. Enjoy one of our two food baskets or bring a picnic basket to share while you sit on the deck overlooking our 2 acre lake.
While you’re there buy some fish food and feed the pet catfish. Please come and see us soon!
Hunter Valley Winery also has delicious food to choose from while enjoying their wines - you can choose from several appetizers, paninis, and pizza.

ST. VINCENT - $16.00 A lightly oaked dry red wine with a peppery start, subtle fruit undertones and a smooth finish.
CHAMBOURCIN - $16.00 A medium bodied dry red wine, lightly oaked with a hint of black current and cherries.
DRY CHARDONEL - $16.00 A dry white wine aged on French oak. Has a lemony flavor with a hint of vanilla.
TRAMINETTE - $15.00 A semi dry white wine with a floral nose and a robust flavor.
WHITE CHAMBOURCIN - $16.00 A semi dry rose wine that has a rich berry bouquet and a tart blackberry taste.
CHARDONNAY - $16.00 A dry white wine that has a light fresh flavor and a very smooth finsih.
TWILIGHT - $14.00 A semi-sweet red wine with a strawberry nose & black cherry flavor. A dark, brooding, complex wine....like those movies :)
GYPSY ROSE - $16.00 A semi sweet rose wine created from a blend of Cayuga and our very own St. Vincent's grapes.
BRIANNA - $16.50 A semi sweet white with a pineapple nose and a tropical taste.
CAYUGA WHITE - $15.00 A sweet white wine with a hint of apricot and caramel with a sweet honeysuckle flower nose.
SPICED PEAR - $16.50 Our sweet holiday wine with hints of ginger, clove & cinnamon. Try it warm with orange slices.
PEACH - $15.00 A sweet white wine made from fresh, local peaches. Perfect to sip as dessert or to pour over ice cream.
LUSCIOUS STRAWBERRY-$14.50 the name says it all! Try it with dark chocolate!
WINE-A-RITA - $21.00 An iced pitcher of our Traminette wine and margarita mix with freshly squeezed lemons and limes.
SANGRIA - $21.00 An iced pitcher of our Concord wine mixed with fruit juices and orange and lime slices.
