Papp-Sicignano are also licensed title agents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are available to close on any residential and or commercial loan refinance and any type of purchase transactions.

We also handle all Estate matters.  Your Will, Power of Attorney, Living Will and other estate planning documentation needed from your attorney can be accomplished by our office.  We also represent Estates, to include litigation in the event of a contest.  We have successfully represented numerous Estates in both Court matters and dealing with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue along with the IRS to ensure acceptance of various inheritance and estate tax filings.
