Dr. Carson specializes in traditional Diversified Technique, which is a hands on approach designed to align the spine and keep each joint moving properly. Lower force options such as Activator Technique and Drop Table methods are other options Dr. Carson can provide.

Physiotherapy treatments are used in compliment with the adjustment to decrease pain and inflammation, allowing the adjustment to be more effective and hold longer. These include ice, heat, ultrasound, electric stimulation, vibration therapy, and trigger point massage.

Functional At-Home Exercises can also be implemented to help the individual heal faster. This will allow the core muscles which protect the spine to become stronger. Chiropractic adjustments will be more effective and last longer. Most exercises in the rehab program can be performed in the comfort of your own home at your own pace.

Dr. Carson can also provide specific recommendations for nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance the way you feel. Its not about calorie counting, but using a few common sense ideas to provide your body with the proper nutrients to run efficiently.
