DCREIA is the Number 1 Real Estate Investors Association in the DC Metro Area (serving Bowie and Upper Marlboro). It was created by Bowie based real estate investor, Sherman Ragland in 2002 to meet the growing demands of individuals who want to learn how to get quick cash and build wealth thru real estate investing.

Since its inception, DCREIA has grown from a small handful of investors to a list of over 17,000. Sherman and his team hold weekly and monthly events to deliver hands on training.

They cover investing strategies such as; wholesaling, pre-foreclosures, buy and hold, rehabbing, commercial deals and much, much more.
