My story…

The moment I no longer care about you and the pets you entrust to me, is the moment that I stop being a veterinarian. I’ve said this before…and I will continue to believe it, and to make sure it happens in practice every day at Rincon Vista.

My Commitment to You

Everything I do is grounded in making sure you get a competent, willing and caring friend to your family, and exceptional service for your veterinary needs.

It is my responsibility to give you the best care possible. What that means is you feel cared for, and requires that I balance the schedule to maximize availability without compromising my ability to do give more than adequate attention to you. It also means sacrificing some of my own comfort for the sake of yours. The only way I can perform that is by doing the small things that add up to a lot.

The ability of my staff to organize, to be flexible, and to get things done is crucial to the success of everyone, and to making sure you get what you need for your family.

My love for my patients, my practice and my staff all revolve around caring. At the end of the day, I want to be satisfied that we all cared enough, we researched enough, we did more than enough, to provide the best veterinary care possible

The worst thing we can say is “NO”. We want to help you solve problems by providing answers and facilitating solutions, even when it may be a request for services we aren’t able to perform ourselves. If we can’t provide a solution directly by ourselves, we will help you find someone who can.

Caring

You love your pets. And we will make sure that more than anyone else, we care about that love. We commit to helping you understand what’s happening; we commit to helping you get to the solution; we commit to caring more about you and your pets.
