Environmental Strategies, Inc. was established in Arizona in 1989.  Since its inception, Environmental Strategies has completed nearly 5,000 projects that include General Construction, Asbestos Abatement Lead Abatement and Mold Remediation.  These projects range in scope from small, residential jobs to large, multi-phased, commercial projects.  The company's philosophy of offering a professionally executed service at the most reasonable price possible has established Environmental Strategies as a reliable and well-regarded firm. Environmental Strategies has grown considerably since 1989.  However, Environmental Strategies enjoys a stable work force with a turnover rate well below what is expected in the industry.

As an Arizona based firm, Environmental Strategies has concentrated on providing services within Arizona. We have established a solid working relationship with local building owners and consultants.  Environmental Strategies' clientele range from single family homeowners to multimillion dollar Fortune 500 companies as well as governmental entities. Environmental Strategies currently has an established working relationship with the City of Tucson  providing both  general contracting services and environmental  remediation services.  Since 1997 Environmental Strategies Inc. has been the City of Tucson’s primary contractor for the On-Call Building Modifications & Maintenance contract number 971190 and since 1999 Environmental Strategies is also one of the City of Tucson’s primary Asbestos Remediation contractors, contract #12864.  Most recently Environmental Strategies has been awarded the following Job Order Contracts from the City of Tucson. They are the FTA Funded New Construction # 062113 and Parks Area Improvement JOC contract # 052048-02  and ADA JOC # 062074. We also have yearly JOC contracts with Pima County and the State of Arizona. 

Environmental Strategies Inc. prides itself on having two strong working construction divisions. This has enabled our clients to turn to us for “turn-key” projects that include both environmental remediation and buildback requirements. Environmental Strategies Inc. has developed a good working relationship with officials from both the Pima Department of Environmental Quality and the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, as well as with various training organizations in the area.  Environmental Strategies always strives to stay in complete compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. This commitment is evident in that we have never received citations from any of the regulatory agencies regarding work practices, including the Environmental Protection Agency or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.  Our staff places great importance on keeping abreast of any regulatory changes affecting our industry.  Continuing education is encouraged to review and consider "state of the art" procedures and equipment.  Safety is of major importance to Environmental Strategies. All employees are expected to follow safety rules at all times.  A copy of our safety policy is included with this submittal. We believe our past experience and knowledge of City procedures and protocols qualifies our firm to be one of the contract awardees.  We believe in quality, cost efficiency, and providing a finished project on time and within budget.
