With our 4-Tier pricing model, we strive to provide you the best recovery possible at the most reasonable cost available.  As any honest data recovery engineer will tell you, media can fail in a myriad of different ways and not all recoveries are equal.  As such, the processes required for one recovery may be considerably less expensive than another.  Why should the customer have to pay a rate that indicates that every recovery requires cleanroom conditions?  We don't believe they should either.

 

Cleanroom Recoveries That Won't Void Your Warranty!

We do provide cleanroom recoveries when necessary, but not every recovery requires that severe of a process to return your data to you safely.  Hughes Computer Services, Inc, doesn't believe that you should be billed as though every data recovery is equal.  They are all equally important, but not equally complicated.

 

When Tier-3 and Tier-4 Recoveries are necessary our cleanroom recovery is recommended by major hard drive manufacturers, and is authorized by Fujitsu, IBM, Maxtor, Quantum, Samsung, Seagate, Toshiba and Western Digital to unseal any of their hard drives for data recovery without voiding the manufacturer’s warranty.

A Data Recovery Service Representative gathers information and assesses your situation. You package and send the media to our lab. After receiving the media, our Data Recovery Engineers perform a diagnosis and provide you with a complete listing of the data that can be recovered, which also lists potentially damaged data. Our Data Recovery Engineers perform the repairs and recovery. Your recovered data is backed up to the media of your choice: CD, DVD, Zip, Hard Drive, etc... Your original media and recovered data is sent back to you for restoration.
