My job experience with animals includes working at a trail riding establishment in Barnardsville near the Pisgah Forest, a stint at a reptile breeder's in Florida where I cared for snakes, rodents and geckos, as a kennel technician and "unofficial" veterinary technician, and working in show horse barns with my former husband, who trains Paso Finos.  I have an A.A.S. in Equine Technology as well.

 

When you contract with me to care for your pets during your time away, you can trust that they will recieve the most TLC possible and that their every need will be met- and all of this while remaining where they are most comfortable- at home!

 

I am insured with Pet Sitters Associates, LLC, and I am a member of PUPS (Professional United Pet Sitters Association).  Also certified in Pet First Aid by Red Cross.

 

In addition to being a lifelong animal lover, I am also an artist.  I design and create silver jewelry and sell at art/craft festivals.  My work can be seen at www.modmystic.com .  Jewelry design is one of several creative outlets I pursue in order to maintain my sanity.
