Established in 1974, Northgreen Country Club was designed by golf pros, Bob Toski and Peter Gibson. Northgreen has hosted the Atlantic Coast Conference in which thousands of fans gathered to watch.

The club is now owned and operated by Ed Holloman and his son Wayne. They have restored the greens with Championship Bermuda and are working to make Northgreen the best place to golf in eastern North Carolina. The course is open to the public and also has memberships available.
