The Rochester Athletic Club (RAC) is a 28,000+ square foot fitness center located in the heart of downtown Rochester. Our extensive facilities feature the latest cardio equipment, free and resistance weights, group exercise studios, and private men’s and women’s locker rooms with wet and dry saunas.

Choose your favorite machine located on our cardio island which includes bikes, ellipticals and treadmills. For the ultimate challenge scale our moving rock wall. Our flat screen TVs provide stimulus to get you through your next mile or step.
Our weight area features the challenging Cybex circuit, one of the most vigorous 30-minute workouts available. 

The RAC has the unique distinction of being located right next to the Paint Creek Trail and Rochester municipal park providing a natural and refreshing extension for your workout. During the warmer months, we hold running, cycling and boot camps outside adding an organic dimension to your fitness experience.
