               Our Company

Our commitment is to serve our customers a consistent quality product in a timely manner with a smile.

Dutch Bros. Coffee - Grants Pass Ringuette location

We roast all of our own coffee ensuring freshness from the farmer to the cup. We take great pride in the ingredients mixed into every cup - utilizing flavor profiles from Torani syrups, our own special blend of Dutch Chocolate milk and Kick Me Mix. We carry original name brand items such as Red Bull, Torani Smoothie Mix, Oregon Chai, Pacific Soy, and Guayaki Yerba Mate.

Being that our focus is drive-thru coffee, we know how important it is to be fast. Our baristas are trained to build coffees as fast as possible without sacrificing quality and continuing to maintain solid communication with you (the customer).

Our Dutch Bros. Coffee franchise locations are locally owned and operated and every retail outlet gives back to their community 1% of gross sales, which comes to about $750,000 annually.

We have adopted the Optimist Creed as our own. We like to call it the "Dutch Creed" simply because it's a great way to live life.

The Dutch Creed

Here at Dutch Bros., we're all about being positive and lovin' life. That's why when we came across the "Optimist's Creed" we decided to adopt it as our own and call it the Dutch Creed. We strive to pass the good vibes on to our employees and customers through leadership within our company, and customer service. Check it out; it just might change your state-of-mind:

To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel there is something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.

To think only the best, to work only for the best and expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

                                      Our Coffee

At Dutch Bros. Coffee we roast all of our own coffee beans to ensure freshness from the farmer to the cup. We have a three bean private reserve blend that is an ancient Dutch secret. We take great pride in having individual relationships with the plantations that produce our coffee beans. At Dutch Bros. we believe in team work with an "All for One, One for All" mentality that produces a winning formula for everyone involved.

The Dutch Bros. Private Reserve is our own secret blend that's been passed down.

Brewing Tips

There are a few things involved in brewing a good cup of coffee. Don't worry we're not talkin' major science here, just a few simple things you can do to make sure you're getting the most out of your Dutch Bros. beans.

  • Use Fresh, Cold Water

One of the most important things to check before you brew is your tap water. If your water tastes like chlorine, so will your coffee. You can easily remedy this problem by simply using bottled or filtered water.

  • Don't Use Paper Filters

We suggest that you get rid of all those paper coffee filters you've been using and start using a permanent filter. The only way to use paper filters without tasting paper in your coffee is to rinse the filters with hot water before each use.

  • Measure Carefully

It is also important to use the right amount of coffee. We like to use two tablespoons of grind per six ounces of water, or two ounces per quart, but don't be afraid to experiment.

  • Use the Correct Grind

If you are using an press pot, an espresso machine, or a drip brew, remember that these machines require a specific grind. As a general rule press pots require a coarser grind, espresso machines require a fine grind, and a drip brew is somewhere in between. Catered to your taste.

  • Just Brew What You Need

Another important detail about brewing coffee is that it will start to taste bitter after sitting on a burner more then 20 minutes, and reheating it is even worse. It's always best to drink it while it's fresh.
