Welcome to the Brickhouse! Located in the heart of historic downtown Redmond, Oregon our restaurant is a warm and welcoming, contemporary and casual atmosphere. Serving Central Oregon’s finest food featuring Double R Ranch’s Signature Beef ~ the best natural, hormone free steaks available. The Brickhouse also serves the world’s best seafood. Alaskan red king crab, Australian rock lobster tails, Hawaiian Ahi tuna, fresh wild Alaskan salmon and halibut when in season, live Puget Sound oyster, clams, mussels, and Wild Ocean white prawns. We are a from scratch kitchen; all of our sauces and desserts are house made. We pride ourselves in purchasing only from quality suppliers, growers, and producers. We make every effort to support our local suppliers first. Lark Gardens produce, Di Lusso coffee, Eberhard dairy, Carlton Farms natural pork, and Double R Ranch natural beef to name a few. Our veteran staff is sure to make your dining with us a memorable experience!
BAR
The bar at the Brickhouse features Central Oregon’s largest collection of premium spirits! The atmosphere in the bar features nothing but fun! There’s plenty of room to socialize while you enjoy appetizer specials or even dinner with friends. We prefer to use fresh squeezed juices and house made mixers for our specialty cocktails. Please join us for the best martini in town!
WINE
Brickhouse is committed to having the finest wine program in Central Oregon. We are big supporters of the Oregon and Washington wine industries. Our list emphasizes the finest northwest wineries. At Brickhouse you will find many rare and collectible wines as well as many outstanding value wines. We also carefully select wines from California and most major wine regions throughout the world. Wines are stored in our climate controlled cellar at 55 degrees and 50% humidity. Riedel glassware is used for all wines served by the glass or bottle. Prices are typically below the industry standards. Great deals!
