After many years of working for other mobile grooming companies, I became frustrated about the way the businesses were run and the way the clients were treated. Other companies were more concerned about making money and less about the clients and pets themselves. Appointments were booked on an hourly basis with no concern for driving time, or for the time needed with pets to allow for quality grooming and accommodation of special needs pets. It is impossible to do a quality job when your are rushed for the sake of an extra few dollars.

Here at K-9 Kruiser our goal is to give a quality grooming to all of our furry friends and spend time with customers to understand exactly what they want from the grooming and what the needs of their pets may be. Our groomers are not rushed to finish and are given as much time as is needed to do the best possible job. All groomings are a full service grooming - We do not skip services or charge extra for those services, as some other companies do.(See FAQ's for description of a full grooming)
