Lets face it, our counterparts over the years have given our industry a bit of a black eye with regard to trust. Between the over charging, overselling technical capabilities, replacing un-broken parts, or worse charging for parts that weren't even touched. We know our little company has quite a bit to overcome.

Can we buy it with the lowest price like the unlicensed handymen try to do?
