Pearl District Tattoo was founded in December 2007 by Nathan and Liska Stokes.  We love to have fun and share laughs with our clients!  No attitudes here, just people doing what they love.  Pearl District Tattoo offers custom tattoos and piercings by experienced, licensed artists in a clean and friendly environment.
