Located in historic downtown New Braunfels in the basement of the old, 1929 city hall building, Liberty Bistro serves up Contemporary American Cuisine emphasizing quality over quanity.  Their menu changes seasonally and it focuses on local meats and produce from small farms and also wild fish.  Everything is made in-house including their bread, pasta and desserts.

Liberty Bistro also has a main dining room, private dining rooms and a patio that seats 123 and a bar that seats an additional 26.  Reservations are accepted.
