Western Waters Guides:

Jared Forsythe

Jared grew up in West Yellowstone, MT, exploring the many fishing holes, mountains and rivers in his backyard. Attending the University of Montana provided him with yet another great backyard–Montana’s Bitteroot mountains and the rivers of Northern Idaho. After graduating from college offering outdoor adventures in his home state only seemed fitting.

Steve Temple

Steve guides the lower Clark Fork for Trophy Trout while making the fishing day a special experience. Steve’s enthusiasm for teaching and passing on techniques provides an opportunity for new fly casters and those seeking local knowledge. While now a Montana local Steve is actually a retired California City Manager but says his new office behind the oars of a drift boat suites him quite fine.
