Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats and proteins. Instead of restricting what you eat and giving you lists of good and bad foods, I help you find out what works for you. No one way of eating works for everyone and because of diverse lifestyles, what works for one person may not work for another person. I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
