PELLETIER + SCHAAR is experience. Architects Dave Pelletier and Pearl Schaar established PELLETIER + SCHAAR in 2001, though the firm’s combined architectural experience spans 35 years. We offer exceptional services in commercial and residential design, remodels, interior design, project management, master planning and space planning.

PELLETIER + SCHAAR is dedication. Collaboration and communication are integral to our philosophy. Our approach to any project is to form a team of engineers, contractors and landscape architects that embraces the vision of the client. We believe that with a carefully assembled and dedicated team, great design can be achieved on time and on budget.

PELLETIER + SCHAAR is leadership. Pelletier has served as President of the Stanwood Chamber of Commerce and President of the NW Chapter of the AIA. Schaar serves as Planning Commissioner for the City of Stanwood and is President of Design Stanwood, Inc.

This dynamic firm has received several awards including the Gold Award from the Best of the West Design Awards and the People’s Choice Award from the NW chapter of the AIA’s Design Awards.
