Papua New Guinea Organic
This coffee has a rich, sweet aroma; good acidity and body and finishes with a rich chocolaty flavor and a slightly dry aftertaste. Bean seeds originally came from Jamaica Blue Mountain.

Sumatra Mandheling

A peaberry is a coffee which contains just one rounded bean instead of two “half” beans - a real treat when available. It is rich and snappy in the cup, with a wild, earthy flavor profile. A very intense African treasure.

This coffee roasts beautifully, in the cup possesses a medium body, a bright snappy acidity, and finishes with a wild, earthy character that is surprisingly very smooth.
