L.C.B. president Steve Suer was born in 1957 at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange County. He was raised in Rolling Hills, CA where he graduated from Rolling Hills high school in 1975. At age 19 he moved to Alaska where he began working on the Trans Alaskan pipeline for a sub contractor of Arco at Prudhoe Bay, 250 miles above the Arctic Circle. Eventually he was promoted to a supervisory positon and during the summers he would go to Anchorage to work for a general contractor. After 8 years of working in Alaska he moved back to Southern California where he continued working in the construction industry. Working under local general contractor, he built the first house in Laguna Beach that was destroyed by the fires of 93. In addition, he built 13 other destroyed homes from the ground up during that period of time. In 2000 Steve decided to open his own company and started Laguna Construction & Builder. Steve's many years of experience as a contractor, particularly in Laguna Beach, has helped him gain tremendous knowledge in all aspects of the construction process and of course building.
