Scottie Hart, owner of Hart Home Improvements is a third generation contractor.  He is a member of the Johnson City Area Homebuilder's Association.  He has over 20 years experience in the field of residential home construction and remodeling.  Hart Home Improvements was established in 1997 after he had worked for many years in the new custom home construction field.  His primary focus is residential remodeling and home improvements.  He specializes in bathroom, kitchen and basement remodeling, replacement doors and windows, carpentry, decks and screened enclosures, custom trim carpentry, painting and wallpapering.  He is a Tennesee State Licensed Contractor and is fully licensed, insured and bonded.  He prides himself on his expertise in his field.
