Freiberg’s German Restaurant is named after a little German
town located in the Saxon region of Eastern Germany. The town
of Freiburg’s was well known for silver mining for over 800 years.
The wealth from the mining era can be seen throughout the
streets and buildings of Freiburg. Ornate statutes, fountains, and
cobblestone streets are scattered amongst the city market places,
alley ways, and cityscapes.
