 Tracey Justice
 
TraceyTracey Justice earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Baylor University in 1986.  She received her Texas Real Estate license in 1987 and was an active Realtor for several years.  She later decided to go to lawschool, and received her Doctorate in Juris Prudence from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2001.  Ms. Justice is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Texas and also in the Northern District of the Federal Court. 
 
Tracey became a certified mediator in 2000, and in February 2008 received a special certification to mediate Suits Affecting the Parent Child Relationship.  She has volunteered her services at Dispute Resolution Services of Tarrant County.  She helped establish the Mediation Clinic of North Texas, and she also provides mediation services in her private practice.
 
 
 
 
Dana L. White
 
DanaDana L. White has been practicing law for the last 14 years. She earned her bachelor of arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She received her JD in 1994 from Seattle University. Ms. White was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association in 1994 and went on to practice law in the Seattle area for approximately seven years, focusing primarily on family law. During that time, she was a member of the King County Bar Association and a volunteer at the neighborhood legal clinics. 
 
In June of 2002, Dana and her family moved to Texas, where she was admitted to the practice of law by the State Bar of Texas and the Federal Court in the Northern District of Texas. She worked for several law firms before becoming partners with Tracey Justice and forming Justice & White, PLLC.
 
 
Kimberly A. Butler

Kimberly A. Butler earned her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Texas Women's University in 1998, and was employed by the Denton County Probation Department from 1997 to 2001 as a juvenile probation officer.  Ms. Butler worked with children on intensive supervised probation and eventually managed the first offenders caseload for Denton County.  In 2001 Butler decided to go to law school, and received her Juris Doctorate in 2003 fromTexas Wesleyan University School of Law.  She was admitted to the Texas State Bar in May of 2004.
