Dr. Wright is an accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. An international organization of more than 7500 members, the AACD has approximately 270 members who have achieved, by rigorous examination and case presentation, accredited member status. By successfully presenting another 50 cosmetic cases Fellowship status is earned. Dr. Wright is the only accredited Fellow in Tarrant County, one of only 7 in Texas. Dr. Wright earned his accredited status in 2000, and his Fellowship status in 2008. Because of the excellence he has demonstrated in the AACD, Dr. Wright was chosen in 2001 to serve the Academy as one of the 40 active examiners for the accreditation process. He has also served as chairperson for the written examination committee. Dr. Wright takes at least one-hundred hours of continuing education each year to stay informed and to maintain his skills in the latest cosmetic procedures. Photographs of his work are used internationally by his ceramist as examples of beautiful dentistry.
