We believe that making good choices—one choice at a time—is the pathway to health, well-being and HARMONY.  CWS teaches our client how to be good to oneself so that there will be energy and fun to share with their babies and grandbabies and with each other.  Through our concierge programs, CWS grocery-shops; provides car care and run errands so that our clients/friends can reward themselves with a pampering hour. We at CWS believe that by committing to take care of ourselves, we can better care for those we love and who love us.  We want to look cute everyday even when we sweat!  It raises our endorphins and our self-esteem. We look better, feel better and face each day with a spring in our step.  Through "YogaLaites", yoga and breathing are incorporated into each of the signature Spa Treatments as a core focus of the Wellness experience. 

We give back to our local community through our support programs and to the world through our corporate charities.  Generosity and a commitment to always do the right thing are the cornerstones of CWS!
