To maintain the level of service and commitment associates must have constant training. They participate in national promotions as well as local promotions. Training can be anything from automotive knowledge to resolving product issues. Promotions drive customers, both old and new, into the store to help with the customer base. Gary and Wanda promote the business all the time and are always handing their business cards to potential and existing customers.

     Community involvement is a big factor in Blagg's philosophy. Blagg Tire is associated with several Chambers of Commerce, schools and helping underprivileged children. “Gary makes sure we stay involved” says Perry, “we have gifts and talents and we do what we can”.
