To provide housing and support services to the homeless in our community so they will have a safe, secure environment as they work toward self sufficiency.
FUSION is a nationally recognized nonprofit. It provides parents and their children with transitional housing and case work support for 18 to 24 months.
High Success Rate: Currently 80%+ of their clients find a permanent housing solution
