Jay is an active member of the BPOE Elks, Berks Homebuilders Educational Committee and the Erie Insurance Commercial Task Force. He has earned the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designations. Jay is active in Junior Achievement. Jay is a member of the Ephrata and Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
